Our Story

A Legacy Reimagined

Nabati Originals was founded by Sohail Siddiqui, a third-generation perfume enthusiast whose family has been connected with the world of perfumery for generations. Although fragrance was always a part of his life, Sohail chose to pursue Mechanical Engineering, building a career in industrial machinery while carrying his passion for perfumes quietly alongside it.

Life, however, had different plans.

During a routine machine maintenance visit to one of India's renowned perfume manufacturers, the unmistakable aroma of fine fragrance oils reignited a passion that had never truly faded. That moment became the turning point—the beginning of what would eventually become Nabati Originals.

The name "Nabati" is inspired by the Kuwaiti dialect, where it represents the traders who once traveled to India to source precious perfumes and aromatic ingredients before returning to the Middle East. It reflects a rich heritage of craftsmanship, trade, and the timeless appreciation of fine fragrances.

Driven by this vision, Sohail embarked on a year-long journey across India to master the art and science of perfumery. He immersed himself in understanding every detail—from the chemistry of fragrance creation to the delicate balance of premium perfume oils, fixatives, solvents, and the art of blending. Every formulation was carefully studied, refined, and perfected to create fragrances that deliver exceptional performance and character.

What makes this journey even more meaningful is that it was built entirely from the ground up. From researching formulations and developing fragrances to designing the brand, creating the website, packaging products, and serving customers, every step was personally led by Sohail with one goal: to create luxury-inspired perfumes that combine premium quality with honest pricing.

Today, in just eight months, Nabati Originals has earned the trust of more than 10,000 fragrance lovers across India. Every bottle represents the same passion, dedication, and craftsmanship that inspired the very first formulation.
